Hand painted plastic bears holding balloons. Imperfections are to be expected. Keep as is, repaint or embellish with flocking or glitter. They don't stand up so well on their own due to a seam in the plastic. Depending on your project, the bottom would need to be filed or glued to a small stand or platform. Measures about 1-3/8" tall.
