Plastic neon hatchling necklaces are too cute! Pendant is two-pieces - a little bird with an eggshell topper. Don't like the cheapie plastic lanyard? Add a jumpring and attach to necklace chain. Paint details on the eyes and mouth may or may not be present and seems to be flaking off probably due to age. Just glue on a pair of googly eyes instead! Measures about 2-1/4" tall.
