Super sweet ring that's perfect for children's or pinkie finger! They are clear plastic with a little plastic fish under a "bubble". Very cool! Looks kind of like a fishbowl. Rings are new old stock that have never been worn, but there may be some light surface scratches. These are not adjustable in any way and measure about a size 4.5 or 5. Made in Hong Kong.
