Hard plastic flower rings with hand painted (allow for imperfections/variations)centers. Colors are as shown, though the light pink color is scarce. These are child sized and not adjustable, probably a ring size 6 or so. These could also be cute used as cake toppers when pushed into icing and double as party favors! Flower measures 3/4" in diameter. Made in Hong Kong.
