Starched cotton with an American flag print shaped into a small bow. In the center is a plastic tipped stick pin for wearing on a shirt or lapel. Use as is, display in a shadow box, repurpose into a garland, etc. Picture shows the bow to have yellow tones which is does not have. It is indeed a very crisp red, white, and blue. Measures about 1-3/4" across by 1" tall (1-1/4" stick pin). Made in Japan. FOUR (4) PIECES.
