These are like the modern-day fortune telling fish {also found here at TTAC}, but these little darlings are from the 1940's. Not only are they smaller than the modern versions, but they are much more delicate. The paper envelopes measure about 2.5" x 1-3/8" and the fortune tellers inside are approximately 2-1/8 x .75". Made in Japan.
